Ability to Bulk Resize stamps to create a more consistent look on the drawing

Without a bulk resize tool, Keeping each stamp size the same for a consistent look can be challenging. In certain circumstances, like high-volume spaces, it may be warranted to have smaller icons, but in most cases having to go back manually to make sure stamp sizes are consistent takes way too much time, plus it is incredibly hard to get it exact.
