ML Drawing duplicatopm

Good morning,

In the past when I put in similar annotates for example bathroom faucet the system would usually not allow me to save it if I have an exactly the same serial number already on that map and this prompted me to change it say from 01 to 02. But now I notice it doesn't do that anymore instead it allows you to save it as is it just adds a little note

DUPLICATE 2024-09-17-10-42-00

Now I have to go see what my last entry was in order to correct it and is very time consuming. Can you please let the system warn me instead as with a huge district as ours it is definitely not very user friendly at the moment.
