Ability to Hide old drawings

I want to be able to "hide" some of the maps and only make the ones which the team should use be visible.

I am not confident that I won't need the old ones in the future that is the reason why I don't want to delete them.

We are looking for the Archive to work more like putting them in a folder that says "previous" but still have the option to make changes or re-activate as needed
