Annotation Layering

For NYS we need to submit emergency plans that have markups like labeled door numbers, window locations, access routes, and other things that would make the floor plans to cluttered during regular operations. It would be nice if you could add custom layers for different annotations.

This would also be helpful where if you were working on a project and had to take note for different systems, where you could do a layer and label it electrical note etc.
