Aggregate all summary stat info from all drawings into one summary on Manage Drawings

Currently we only allow the assets to be shown as stamps when printed as PDF. It would add value to the user to have the ability to toggle on the asset display name

Add asset glossary into MLD, display i on assets in picker
When looking at the picker it would be helpful for users to have an " i" at the asset stamp to then show you the definition and sample photos for the asset type.
